What is coaching?

Coaching is my favorite method that helps you to get closer to your goal. And it doesn’t matter if you know exactly how your life should look, or if it is still a little bit blurry.

To me, coaching is a very simple and effective tool for dealing with problems. During the session, you can be with your own thoughts, talk about them, observe them, and find ways to change them.

Coaching is here for everyone! You only need to know that you want to do something different, yet you don’t necessarily need to change your whole life. During the coaching session, you will set the next steps on your own. That’s why you will more likely feel like following them. You can take a big step, but also just a little one.

You will enjoy the coaching session if:

  • You know what you want from your personal of career life.

  • You are not so sure where your career should go or how the perfect relationship should look.

  • You know how to reach your goal and you want to map out some potential issues and challenges.

  • You feel stuck and don’t know what the next step should be.

What does the session look like?

  • We will schedule a short call to discuss your needs and expectations, and we will plan a session.

  • The coaching session will be done either online via Google Meet, or we can meet in person (in a café, or I will come to your office).

    The session takes approximately 60 minutes. I am going to ask you questions that will help you see things from different perspectives and find clarity.

    I am here to take you through your thinking process. You only get a little clarity and a process of long-term changes can be started.

Change the way of your thinking

You will map your thinking patterns, and create new ones. After the coaching session, you will find yourself slowing down in daily situations and will be more aware of your thoughts. You will be able to consciously change them to always see the bigger picture.

Be in charge of your own life

You will find out that you have a way bigger impact on your own life than you have thought. You will shed light on your limiting thoughts and beliefs and if you want to, you can change them during the session, so you can live your perfect life.

Find your boundaries

You will realize that there are things out of your control sometimes. You will discover the problematic situation, and learn to proceed with them. To be satisfied in your life you will find and define your boundaries.

Make decisions easier

You will learn how to gain self-confidence from daily situations, which will help you to find your strength to make decisions. You will be able to think your decision through and will not be afraid to stand for it.
